Face-to-face interviews

When a locum first comes to SocialWork 2000, we carry out an in-depth personal and professional interview, which lasts somewhere between 90 minutes and two hours. This enables us to gain a better understanding of a locum's requirements and experience; therefore effectively matching the right person to the right job.
