If you wish to claim monies from your holiday fund you will need to complete a claim form (Holiday Fund section). This form then needs to be sent to our finance department by email/post or fax on 01494 555221.

To claim sickness pay, you need to complete a claim form (Enhanced Sick Pay section) and again send to our finance department.
