When you first to come to SocialWork 2000 we carry out an in-depth personal and professional interview. This covers everything from your previous roles to your values and aspirations, and can last anywhere between 90 minutes and two hours.
During this time an experienced recruitment adviser will discuss a wide range of topics relevant to your career. Taking such a detailed look at your circumstances helps us to support and develop you effectively, whilst ensuring you enjoy your work placements.
We provide ongoing support which can take the form of anything from placement reviews to regular phone contact or face to face meetings.
