Over the past seven years SocialWork 2000 have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest quality service to our all our clients and locum staff and it is important to us that we maintain these standards at all times.

We recently sent out questionnaires to all those who were currently working for us or in the process of registering for work with us. We wanted to know what we were doing right but also where people felt we could improve upon the service we provide.

We received an overwhelming response and we are very proud to report that the majority of people who responded felt they we receiving an excellent service from us.

We welcomed the comments and ideas people had for improving our service and over the coming months we will be addressing these through this newsletter.

As a starting point we noted that several people requested more information about available training and opportunities for PRTL. In response to this you will see details of PQ training and PRTL opportunities in forthcoming newsletters and on our website.
