I am so pleased to have been working for SocialWork2000 from September’06 as the team has provided me with the security of regular and interesting work and the team have always been available to give help and advice when needed.

I have been fortunate to gain the knowledge and experience of family support and supervised contact work which I have thoroughly enjoyed while working for Buckingham County Council, Lincolnshire County Council as well as for Milton Keynes County Council.

All the contacts with babies and young children has brought me up to-date when learning all about the different types of equipment, i.e. chairs, car seats, buggies, various different types of nappies, and even different ways of feeding, but is it not surprising that I still need a little assistance when converting the pram/buggy/car seat into its many today uses.

Having a new grandchild is fulfilling and rewarding. It is a new generation of family that I can take part in bringing up and sharing my own parenting experiences with my daughter.
